「Outstanding stay at an extremely convenient location. House and amenities were exactly as described. Super comfortable mattress and high quality bedding. Stayed here over Thanksgiving and kitchen was the best equipped of any rental house we have stayed at. They even had a potato masher! Pots and pans were high quality and like new condition. 「This house was perfect for us! We were a group of youth male gymnasts coming into town for a meet. Most of us were one gymnasts traveling with one parent. We were all able to sleep in our own spaces... Kitchen was well supplied for all our food needs. And plenty of space for the boys to spread out to play a game, watch a movie, or play electronics too! Grocery was 2 min away. And easy access to the freeway to get from place to place. Wonderful house! Great communication by manager too.」

「This house is quite charming. Clean and decorated just right. We had 2 families (2 adults and 1 child in each group) There was plenty of room for all of us to co-mingle and have privacy. A nice quiet neighborhood, and the house had everything that we needed. We will be back. 」

「We really enjoyed our stay at Ivy Cottage during our visit to MN. The location was close by to family in Princeton and Champlin and also for a wedding near Milaca. The house was clean and comfortable, and kitchen was well stocked for small meal preparation. Craig was an excellent host and easy to communicate with. It is very peaceful cottage and the lake views are awesome! We highly recommend this cottage! 」

"Everything is good except for not notifying us there is a 24 hours open Gym next to our room. And the noise comes from the Gym is sooo loud since 6am. I called the front desk, and the lady obviously know that the noise will affect the rooms close to the gym. And she was quite nice to promise to send someone to stop it. But never stops actually. And the next day, I went to the front desk, expressing my disappointment about this. She talked about the rights to use the GYM while I talked about the service and notification ahead about the possible gym noises. And the attitude from her was really bad. This is a really bad experience. "
