Querky and practical if you can get the right price. Fairly clean and fairly comfortable, in a very convenient location. Low on privacy and definitely no protection from noise. Leaky bathroom facilities. Excursion services don't like to pick up or drop off from the hotel, due to the narrow roads, but this is ideal if you want to be out and about all day to take in the local area.

Economy room is very small comparing the hotel I stayed before but considering this hotel is in old city , it’s understandable.The staff was excellent and always helpful and very nice. Overall nice hotel, good location and has a good vibe, I definitely recommend.

Not the best but not the worst

The hotel advertised is not the one we stayed at. There is another “delight deluxe hotel” down the road that have none of the facilities at the main hotel that is advertised online. The room is very basic with the bathroom across the hall! Not the worst and definitely not the best.

Just as a note - the economy room does not have a bathroom inside the room. We were told this during the check-in, but we happily accepted paying some more and having our own bathroom in the room. We were given a very nice room - spacious and nicely designed. However, I could not sleep all night because our room was next to the street and there was a different annoying noise all night. People walking and chatting, a loud motorcycle entering the street, a car getting stuck ... - everything was directly hearable from our room. Although I'm not very sensitive and am able to sleep in many circumstances, it was a painful night for me. Again, somehow the mini fridge was also making a dreadful noise every 15 minutes. I somehow couldn't find the socket to pull it out as it was plugged in behind the cabinet and somehow there was no switching off button. And the high pillow did not make sleeping any better either... Yet, unlike some reviews, the reception was available for all night. Kind staff. We walked approximately 4 minutes to the breakfast place, but it was not a problem at all. Thanks.

Ne surtout pas réserver dans cet hôtel

Chambre dégueulasse à notre arrivée. Drap déchiré, odeur désagreable, douche qui fonctionne à peine et traces de moisissure. On a demandé à ce que le menage soit fait mais on a retrouvela chambre dans un état similaire. En plus de ça, ils ont voulu nous faire payer 15€ un drap avec une tâche (notre fille a saigné du nez dans la nuit). Le petit dejeuner est dans un resto à 500m mais ça n’est pas précisé au moment de la résa, cela dit l’accueil là bas était sympa.

Parfait pour une nuit

Chambre triple avec lits confortables situé dans la zone animée et piétonne de la Old Town, réservation dans un hôtel basique faisant partie d'un groupe hôtelier de 3 établissements dont un avec piscine et SPA (à bien choisir pendant la réservation). Serdal a été très compréhensif et nous a proposé une solution pour garer notre véhicule. Le petit déjeuner est excellent. Très bien pour une nuit de passage et découvrir ce quartier assez festif. Merci Serdal.

Umulig å komme i kontakt med hotellet for å avtale parkering, da vi kom skulle de egentlig ha 10euro døgnet for det. Ingen info om hvor frokost var ble gitt ved ankomsten. Måtte gå 10 minutter for den. Ellers veldig sentralt og flott til den prisen.

Deluxe + Spa location

Would not recommend the deluxe Spa building for families seeking to sleep before 11:30pm. Its a great place for youngsters whom likes to be awake and party. There is a restaurant right down the balcony that has live music playing until late night. Parking lot was in a tight isolated spot which was about 5 mins walk back to the deluxe + Spa building. They have 2 other ones without the SPA which i was told is less noisy and has a bar. The one with the bar has a parking spot right in front and the apt building is close to the Main Street (las vegas strip of the old town). The person cleaning and the one making the breakfast provided first class customer service! Overall! Very satisfied!

Konaklama Gözden Geçirme

Oldukça ilgili otel personeli, temiz ve konforlu bir butik otel, konakladığımız gün yoğun olduğu için odanın dışındaki bağımsız koridorda banyosu olan bir oda verdiler ancak ellerinden gelen her türlü yardımı gösterdiler, 2 kişilik rezerve etmemize rağmen 3 kişilik oda verdiler, oldukça memnun kaldık.
