I had a friend's guest in the room for an hour during the day, the receptionist told me I had to pay him 30€ to enter the room and when I refused and threatened to make a comment about it on the app, he backed down from the bad treatment and did not ask for money

Do not book here. You have been warned.

No check in staff at desk. Rang bell multiple times then after 10 minutes some one attended. No shower gel or shampoo. Rooms not cleaned. Bed not comfortable. No black out curtains. Breakfast terrible. Hardly any food. Staff just hanging around. Restaurant at night half the menu not available. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Avoid at all costs.

Die Betreiber des Hotels haben mich sehr nett empfangen, mir wurde alles genau erklärt sodass ich keine Fragen mehr hatte. Alle Mitarbeiter wirklich sehr sympathisch, freundlich und hilfsbereit! Extremely Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend I stayed at this hotel with my mother for a short trip, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the staff’s attitude was unwelcoming and rude. Despite the hotel being nearly empty, the employees behaved as though we were an inconvenience, and their overall demeanor was unprofessional and even hostile at times. The facilities were subpar. The washrooms were small and uncomfortable. The rooms still use physical keys instead of key cards, which gives the hotel a very outdated feel. During breakfast, the staff would stand around watching us eat, which felt intrusive and unnecessary—especially since there were barely any other guests. We chose this hotel based on positive reviews, but our experience did not reflect them at all. The location is far from everything, making it inconvenient if you’re hoping to explore or access basic amenities easily. When I asked for clean towels on the second day, the receptionist was dismissive and told me towels are only changed every three days. His tone was rude and unhelpful, which made the situation even more frustrating. Overall, I would strongly advise others not to stay here. It was a disappointing, uncomfortable experience, and I regret wasting time and money on this place

A great hotel

A warm welcome awaited me at my arrival and check in My room was clean ,fresh, relaxing Quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The pool was amazing The breakfast was excellent and a large variety and Dining area was by the pool The management and staff were absolutely brilliant nothing was to much trouble for them. With a smile and a cheery disposition The hotel is very good value indeed for it,'s rating. It is well maintained ,clean and spacious in a Quiet relaxed area near the beach and local shops and sightseeing monuments I would recommend this hotel 100% I look forward to my return ...

Horrible hotel really dirty and unclean. Felt sick staying there so stayed out most days! When I booked it had great reviews but recently this place has turned bad! Would avoid for this price you can definitely get a better hotel Staff are unhelpful no information at all on arrival. When coming you see so many signs with what is not allowed in the hotel- you can’t bring food and drink but not given any water by the hotel which is absolutely crazy in the hot weather Only helpful person was a lady with dark hair who worked some night shifts.
