“It's a typical all inclusive hotel with good amenities, clean rooms and excellent food options. But the most amazed me was the staff that I felt like I'm at home and very comfortable. I was here for Russian Singer Hanna concert and it was a good entertainment option too. Also I stayed in Terrace Suite with amazing view and everything was spotless. I would come here with family and friends for sure.”

“This hotel surprised us with how brilliant it was. I'm always sceptical of all-inclusive food options - but here, the food was amazing! such good quality and a huge, varied selection. There's a 24hr steak-house and patisserie too if the main restaurant isn't enough! The entertainment at night was brilliant too. Highly recommend and we spent 3 brilliant days/nights here.”

“The bed was as hard as marble. Pillows were not comfortable, just the sheet underneath; the top was some kind of glorified towel. The Room was next to the disco that stopped at midnight. Food for breakfast mediocre”

Leider war es für mich nicht möglich, einen Ansprechpartner zu erreichen, um die Situation zu klären oder eine Lösung zu finden. Da ich nie im Hotel eingecheckt habe, kann ich die Unterkunft selbst nicht bewerten. Meine Bewertung bezieht sich ausschließlich auf die mangelnde Erreichbarkeit und die fehlende Unterstützung bei meinem Anliegen.”

“Very clean, wonderful service, great facilities comfy bed, small balcony and the food is okay but don’t expect grilled meats and steaks. Nice relaxing holiday, make sure you book your à la carte restaurant straight away or you probably won’t get it”
