Great resort. Service was top notch. The spa was wonderful especially our masseuse Ovi and Duwid. The drinks were tasty. Food could be a little higher end especially since considered a 5 star resort but over all a great stay. The entertainment staff was also wonderful.

Hotel was very clean. Most of the time staff did not know english. Communication was a problem. Only 3 places you could eat. No mexican as they said not enough guests wanted it. Italian was only available on our last day.

Beautiful property. Excellent animation team, and kids club staff. Perfect for families. Clean pool, facilities, beach. Lots of food, water, drinks, snacks, ice creams. Very friendly staff and waiters. One detail is there was no info for tours on the area in English, we asked guests relation member and he just said to ask the agencies staff that sit on the lobby area, we asked them and none of them spoke english. This could be improved as im sure you get lots of intertational non Turkish or Russian speaking guests. Another detail, this is not the hotels fault, but would be very useful if they informed the guests that the cats are not necessary hotel cats that are vaccinated, but stray cats can get around too, I saw lots of children playing with the cats, Including my child, that got scratched by one and as prevention had to be vaccinated during the holiday. This might be known by local people but not by foreigners that assume cats are pets that belong to the hotel. In general hotel experience was amazing, and 100/100 for the animation team, they really make this place feel special

Bottomline: Clean, friendly, well equipped and great dietary choices, highly recommended. Fantastic family oriented resort with impeccable attention to detail even if at times language was a barrier. Clean, comfortable and well maintained rooms. Amazing food choices, lots to do for the kids and adults. Take advantage of the spa if you can (EU prices) and the hammam (included). Great nightly shows, games and activities throughout the day. Many pools and amazing beach front with chairs and canopy. You can rent larger more private pergolas if you wish for extra €60 per day. Water sports (ie boat rides/ banana boat, jet ski ) avail through an on site vendor. They only accept cash. So have that on hand or walk 500 meters to the west of the resort main gates to access ATMs. Would certainly do return again. Loved it.

We had a relaxing stay at Seven Seas Hotel Life. The property is clean, green, and well maintained. The pool area is large and beautiful, and the evening shows were one of the highlights — fun, energetic, with music, dancing, and a lively atmosphere. The beach is nice and well organized, but the sea entrance is pebbly, so water shoes are strongly recommended. There is also a 16+ adults-only beach section, which was a great idea, but unfortunately it was not really enforced. Families with children still used that area, and staff did not regulate it. This resort is definitely best for families with children. There are many kids’ activities, slides, and family entertainment. However, for adults traveling without children, it may feel less comfortable during the day. During our stay, the majority of guests were Russian-speaking families, and the hotel seemed strongly oriented toward that audience. Travelers who prefer a more international or quieter adult atmosphere should be aware of this. Food was mixed. The buffet was okay, but not a highlight. The Turkish à la carte restaurant did not feel special; in our opinion, the buffet was better. Drinks were also mixed. Housekeeping was good at first, but later our bath mat was removed and not replaced, which made the tile bathroom floor slippery. Overall, we rested well, but I would recommend this hotel mostly for families with children.
