I called twice and regarding a late check in and to verify a reservation since I had not received a confirmation email. Both times I was quickly transferred to "someone" else. One was a voicemail several states away and the other was AI that was useless. Overall good affordable stay for a quick night on the road."

"Basic.....quiet"

"We arrived and were told the room we reserved were NOT available. Finally got a 'replacement' room. Went to go look and we found out the pictures posted are a complete lie. Theres absolutely no internet connection in the room, which means no TV usage available. The hotel was terrifying with brokenness, mold and dirtiness. I also had to put down a deposit. The staff were nice (why its a 2 star and not a 1)."
