「We had a really lovely stay at Vive. The room was really big and the bed so comfortable. Breakfast each morning was excellent and the staff were so attentive and efficient. Nice little seating area by the pool. Great location for restaurants, coffee shops and the main wine tram station. 」

「Impossible for hotels.com or for you to get in touch with the property prior to or during your trip so hope you arrive in their checkin window or it's a nervous bust to figure out what you're going to do with your bags. For that reason I don't think it's worth the hassle because I was very stressed about this and hotels.com staff also couldnt' connect with them at all. Once/if you check in though the place is amazing and the cleaning people are incredibly nice. Property is very secure and safe.」
