“I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Ludus Magnus for two nights, and I can honestly say it was one of the most memorable experiences I’ve ever had.

“The Cottage is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean, the host Jan has thought of everything. The private area outside and the pool are fab, pretty garden with lots of flower's and shrubs to attract the birds. Jan sent us useful information on booking and then more on check in which helped us decide how we would spend our time, he gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants and vineyards to visit. There were lots of lovely little touches each day it was definitely a 5 star……

“Lovely guesthouse! Everyone was so friendly and helpful, and the owner even dropped us down to the wine tram and helped us plan our day, so kind! “Plumwood boutique hotel was situated close to all the amenities in Franschhoek. The room was spotless. The staff were excellent on always on hand to help us.
