「The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and both check-in and check-out were very efficient. Although the hotel facilities are starting to show their age and feel a bit dated, everything is well-maintained, bright, and very clean. It has major security problems with the lady at the front desk monitoring who comes in and out i left for a few minutes and returned suddenly because i forgot something and found a maintenance man in my room fixing a heater that was working fine before i left. I surprised them by returning so quickly. My room was on the ground floor and i could not get the window to the outside (hidden and concealed courtyard) to lock. It had been deliberately jammed full of debris...
