This house sleeps 4 comfortably, and Marlon added an air mattress on the floor in one of the bedrooms for my 3rd son. The townhome was clean and comfortable. There was no hot water for showering for the duration of our stay which we noted when we tried to shower. The part for the gas heater was broken and had to be ordered.
