The perfect stay!

Lydia and Roy were the quintessential graceful hosts. From the moment we entered, we were made to feel like family and they went above and beyond to take care of us and make us feel comfortable. The room itself was very cute and overlooked a gorgeous garden. Overall, a perfect stay that we would highly recommend to anyone. If we’re ever back in Antigua, we will absolutely stay with Lydia and Roy again.

very bad experience

Horrible experience, very bad service, it was very difficult to call the hotel by phone and when they answered they were very rude and impolite. I left Miami for Antigua Guatemala to have this unpleasant experience. I ended up losing my money because I went to another hotel since they did not want to help me or let me into the property, leaving me alone on the street. Not at all recommended, be careful if you want to stay at that hotel.

They were worried for the payment (payed in advance) instead of sending a message with the entrance code! Don’t clean the rooms daily while staying. Every time you come back, the room and the bed were unattended.

e moment we arrived, the attention to detail and level of service were absolutely exquisite. the staff was incredibly welcoming, always anticipating our needs and making us feel like the most important guests. the ambiance was breathtaking, blending traditional guatemalan charm with modern touches that made our stay both comfortable and unique. the food was another highlight — every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. we also loved the location; it was close enough to explore the vibrant streets of antigua yet tucked away enough to feel like a private retreat. whether you’re looking for a romantic getaway, a cultural adventure, or simply a place to relax and recharge, this is the spot. i can’t recommend it enough, and i’m already looking forward to my next visit!
