"1. staff are very good and happy to provid service but i ordered laundry pickup at next Morrning, staff cma eto my room asking for collection of laundry items whem i place ordered on line, they were 1900-2000PM both nights. i don't get it why so hurry in the night as same return as laundry was picked up in the morning.
2. My room ar residential floor, club floor, but next to service elevator, i could hear the sound of elevator running whole night from evening to early morning. very annoying humming sound during sleep. I don't get such experiences after staying in Naew world hotel for more than 15 years. very bad this time, the room no. is 2508 just next service elevator. that room is not sellable at all."
