“breakfast is good except for the eggs that we need to boil it out self and it takes time to boil because the water is not hot enough. We are all satisfied and if we will go back to Lourds we will definitely stay in Panorama Hotel and also we will recommend to our friends and family. The bathtub is the only issue, its too high to go inside to take shower and kind of slippery.”

“The staffs at the front desk are very professional and friendly. Their service is of top quality. The room is bright, clean and well furnished. It's very comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the river view from the balcany. A small problem is that Hotels.com writes parking at €15/night, but the hotel said that was last year's price. They charged us €20 for parking instead. We've reminded them to inform Hotels.com to update this information. As parking fee may affect one's choice of……

“No say in terms of price Poor room clean up. You can see hairs on the floor after cleanup. It may be ok if you just stay one night…. The service provided by the hotel canteen is far much more better than hotel’s hospitality ”

In 3 giorni non ci hanno mai rifatto la stanza, pulito il bagno e cambiato gli asciugamani. Onestamente l'abbiamo scelto per il punteggio delle recensioni: 8.8 = una follia! Massimo 9 per la vicinanza al Santuario di Lourdes e 3 per tutto il resto. Mai più. Sconsigliatissimo. Oltretutto non capisco ……
