“Superb 15th century chateau in 'France Profonde'. The hosts most helpful and welcoming. Beautiful grounds and a large swimming pool. Breakfast served in an elegant dining room, there is a salon for your use too. Would advise booking a restaurant in advance in one of the nearby villages.”

Je demande si dans le tarte aux pommes il y a de la cannelle car je suis allergique, on me dit que non alors qu'il y en a quand on me la sert. Petit déjeuner : Pain aux graines immangeable tellement il est dur, je me sert du fromage blanc et de la compote celle ci est périmée et pique au goût...et je ne parle pas de la tonne de poussière dans la chambre, j'ai du dormir la fenêtre ouverte la nuit, pour éviter toute crise d'asthme. “The Manoir is a charming, rustic property. A warm and friendly welcome from Marie. Te property is a couple of kilometres from the nearest village so peace & isolation is guaranteed. A refreshing dip in the pool on arrival was very welcome. Marie’s home cooking for the evening meal was lovely with a great selection of wines. The room was on the top floor. Good, comfortable bed and a large bathroom with a great walk in shower.”
