"Beautifully laid out and well maintained top hotel in Brussels. Nicely decorated, updated and quiet rooms. Very clean and fresh. Professional and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast, nice cocktail bar and restaurant. Easy valet parking. Fairly centrally located along the prestigious Avenue Louise and in walking distance and/or easy transportation to many of the sights to see in Brussels and surrounding areas."
"Checking in took over 2 hours. The reception kept saying our rooms would be ready in 20 minutes but it wasn't true. Rooms aren't good either, towels have holes in them and air conditioning does not work. "

"Hotel is on street with busy trafic and minutes from a subway stop.It is in office building g area...not attractive ...but no safety issues. Close to the EU offices and close to historic center...better by subway but even walkable."
