"this is not your average place to stay. Off the beaten track at the top of a very old village. Once booked in time to take a deep breath and enjoy the scenery and the house dog and cat. This is a rustic house so don't expect perfection and enjoy the experience. "The rooms are extremely small and very hot in summer. The bed is very hard as well as the pillows. On the upside, the food was very good and the staff was very friendly. Unfortunately the reservation we did through Expedia was not honored correctly. Once they realized the mistake they tried to correct but the harm was done. "Location is pretty nice, the rushing water sound is very soothing and the staff are excellent! Some people are stating the breakfast wasn't good, but I found there were lots of options, everything tasted great and there were many more options than a typical hotel. The beds were pretty comfy and there were decent pillows provided. The WiFi worked well and the views were pretty good. I was not a fan of the uncontrollable heat that required me to leave the window open whenver I was in the room and the toilet seat was broken, but aside from that everything was pretty nice."
