"The room is clean and have space for opening 2x medium-sized luggage, and you can also place the luggage under the bed which is designed for storing. The staff is responsive in providing clean towel and other stuff as needed. The hotel is located 5 minutes walking to the Ueno stations, where multiple lines are connected, and less than 10 minutes walking to the Ueno park. There are many restaurants opening till late evening right across the street.
For improvement:
1/ The lounge always have a smell of food, best to improve the ventilation
2/ The water machine is inside the lounge but it closed at 11pm, it's better if there's a water machine available throughout the day. A note that the water machine always has some stain, probably due to the use of hot water for food. "
