“Fun, eclectic cabin with a lovely owner!”

“Amazing place in an amazing location. Only issue was with thermostat. Was 76 when we arrived and way too hot. I set it and every four hours or so it would switch back to 76 or sometimes 82. So had to battle that all week.”

“Nice cabin in a secluded private setting. Being pet friendly and having a rustic appearance is what I liked from the review. However there were many things that were lass than desirable. Poor communication with the owner prior to arrival. Did send a couple messages through the app with a quick response but no instructions were given about access the property. Tried calling the owner but every time, it went to voicemail. I did get a call back some time after arriving but this was completely……

“This was such a great getaway for the weekend. Everything was clean and well maintained. The hosts were easy to contact and answered all my questions. Great way to learn about living off grid, showering in an outdoor stall and using a composting toilet. If you need to keep some food cold or frozen I suggest bringing some ice. They provided a small cooler. Overall great experience.”

“We really enjoyed our talks with Mr. Jerry (the property owner) and watching the animals, sitting on the dock enjoying the pond, and the waterfall. The cabin/house is just beautiful and has a great view of the pond from the living room seating area. Mr.Jerry has a lot of awesome plans for the future. We will definitely visit again and I can't wait to see his visions come to fruition.”

“The cabin was super tidy and clean when we first got there. Loved the decor inside and comfy vibe of the place. The hosts were super sweet and reached out to us to make sure we made it safe okay or had any questions. The back patio was small but very cute with string lights and a fire pit and chairs. I don’t recommend it for any more than one or two guests because of the size of the cabin but it was a perfect weekend get away. Bathroom/ shower was a little tight but there were other mirrors so……

“We had to live out of our suitcases because there was no place to put folded clothes, and very little space to hang clothes. The bedroom space is very small making it hard to move around the bed.”

“Such a cute little place with a surprising amount of history. The host was a very responsive. There was a little bit of road nose, but that wasn’t a big deal and died off as the evening went on. Would definitely stay again.”
