Fabulous villa
The villa was clean and comfortable. Communication with Mihaela was prompt and friendly and the check in was easy. The villa was perfect for our needs in a quiet location. The road to the villa is not surfaced but was not a problem for our small hatchback and large saloon. The views were amazing and we all had a fantastic time. Thanks Mihaela

Quiet base to explore
New and beautiful villa located well to explore western Crete, or to just relax. Nicely appointed interior with a generous deck, pool, outdoor dining, and grill. Host was a good communicator. Would not hesitate to return.

Great place to do nothing
A beautiful new villa, with a knockout view from the master bedroom. Has everything you need, only downside is that’s it’s 10mins from anything and down a very bumpy dirt track to get anywhere. Some might appreciate its remote nature but as a family of 5 with small kids we could have done with being slightly closer to a proper road and tavernas. The owner is fantastic and very responsive, and the villa has everything we needed. The WiFi is by satellite though and only available in one small area in the living room which is fine but tricky if you plan to work for there or have teenagers wanting to stream movies etc. Pool was warm and great for the kids including little ones all day (but we were there August so as you’d expect).

3 ème fois en crête et toujours émerveillé...
La propriété correspond en tout point à l'annonce. Habitant à 200M de la maison, la réactivité du propriétaire est instantanée. Le cadre est paisible, pas de bruit si ce n'est les cigales qui s'en donnent à coeur joie dès le lever et jusqu'au coucher du soleil. Voiture indispensable ne serait-ce pour aller à la plage, faire les courses et visiter bien sûr, car des choses à voir la Crête en regorges. Je compare la crête à une plage géante, des kms de sable où il n'y a personne, hormis ou les gens s'agglutinent sur les transats de Loc, Balos et Elafonissi où il faut aller quand même car les lieux sont magiques à condition d'arriver très tôt. Merci beaucoup Mihaela pour votre gentillesse et vos conseils. Si je repasse par Kefalas je ne manquerai pas de venir vous saluer.

Fantastic place!
We stayed here 4 adults and one 11 year old child for 15 days. The property itself is huge and well taken care of, full of nice plants and trees. The view is nice in all directions as well. The best part is the pool, it’s large, deep and was very clean. Having an outdoor shower is also great. The rest of the house is very spacious and has all the amenities you need. All bedrooms, baths and kitchen has good standard. The outdoor kitchen is awesome, and includes a massive charcoal BBQ and a wood fired pizza oven. There’s plenty of space to sit outside and have a nice dinner, and the shaded outdoor area is a great place to escape the sun during the day. You will need a car, but it’s not a long drive to the nearest village/taverna/beach/supermarket etc. Mihaela (the host) will do anything to help out if there is anything you need help to. She is such a sweet lady, she even brought us fresh fruit from the marked. We had such a great time in this villa, and I would highly recommend it.

Wir fühlten uns von Anfang an wohl und konnten uns sehr gut erholen. Der Blick vom Pool und Terrasse zum Meer und in die Berge ist einfach grandios. Liegen am Pool sind ausreichend und sehr gut. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist geschmackvoll, von gehobener Qualität und modern eingerichtet, aber funktional gut. Die Schlafzimmer, vor allem das Obere, sind sehr schön und mit tollem Ausblick. Die Töpfe und der Herd in der Küche könnten allerdings erneuert werden. Die Lage des Hauses ist ruhig, aber dennoch kann man in einer Zeit von 20-30 Minuten (wenige Kilometer, aber kurvige Straßen) verschiedene Strände erreichen. Perfekt. Die Straße zum Haus ist sehr steinig, man muss wirklich langsam fahren. Aber wirklich machbar. In der Nähe gibt es mehrere Dörfer mit Tavernen.Dort kann man super essen für unschlagbare Preise mit freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Menschen. unglaublich....fernab vom Massentourismus...genial Unser Fazit... jederzeit wieder...und wir kommen wieder. Mihaela, die Empfehlungen war uns eine große Hilfe. Vielen vielen Dank.

Schönes Hideaway auf dem Bergplateau zum relaxen
schöne Villa auf einem hoch gelegenen Bergplateau das , obwohl es direkte Nabarn gibt , einem das Gefühl gibt "alleine" zu wohnen. Es gibt viele Tiere zu beobachtern besonders am Himmel. Da es in einem Naturreservat liegt gibt es aber auch natürlich viele Vespen und Hornissen , was etwas nerven kann , aber damit muss man leben. Das Haus ist innen schön gestaltet und hat fast Alles was man braucht. Das Masterbett im 1. OG hat eine sehr gute Matratze ( nicht zu weich) und generell ist das das schönste Schlafzimmer. Manchmal hattenn wir kein warmes Wasser in der Dusche ( warum auch immer) da es aber noch sehr heiss war hat uns das nicht gestört . Die Spülbecken hatten aber überraschend immer heisses Wasser. Der Pool ist verhältnismässig groß so das man gut ein paar Bahnen ziehen kann. Es gibt eine schöne Rattan Sitzecke mit Schirm und gute Liegen. Einzig der Barbeque Essplatz draussen unter der angebauten Pergola ist estwas sehr rustikal und das Aussenlicht ist gleissendhell so das wir nicht einmal dort gegessen haben da es uns zu ungemütlich war. Man könnte natürlich Tücher über die Lampen hängen die das Licht etwas abdämpfen :) Wir sind oft Essen gegengen was auch kein Problem war da wir innerhalb von 15 Fahrtminuten einige Tavernen und Restaurants zur Auswahl hatten wo wir überall gut gegessen haben. Alles in Allem haben wir uns aber sehr wohl gefühlt , die Villa eignet sich hervorragend wenn man seine Ruhe haben möchte und viel Entspannung braucht . Vielen Dank Mihaela ! :)

Wunderschönes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung
Wir verbrachten eine Woche in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus. Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier genau richtig! Es befinden sich noch 2 Häuser daneben, die aber nichts mit diesem zu tun haben. Man hat einen fantastischen Ausblick auf die Bucht gegenüber und tagsüber kann man das Vogelgezwitscher auf der Terrasse genießen. Ein Mietauto ist jedoch unbedingt erforderlich, da es doch etwas abseits liegt (was wir ganz toll fanden!). Das Haus selbst ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet alles was man braucht. Alle Möbel sind neu (ebenso wie das Haus) und wir fühlten uns wirklich sehr wohl! Der Pool hat eine tolle Größe, so daß man auch wirklich darin schwimmen kann. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern Mihaela und David war hervorragend und beide kümmerten sich immer sofort, wenn wir ein Anliegen hatten. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder in dieses tolle Haus und empfehlen es auf jeden Fall weiter!

Eine Woche Kreta
Das Haus ist schön und empfehlenswert. Wer etwas abgeschirmt seine Ruhe haben möchte ist hier genau richtig. Ein Auto ist unbedingt erforderlich. Liebe Grüße an unsere nette Gastgeberin Mihaela
