“WIFI was too slowly !”

“Staff was so attentive and kind. Breakfast was delicious and all areas were clean. Indoor pool great for the kiddos. Definitely would return ”

“Gave me a king room after a two queen room telling me that's what I booked through Expedia. I had proof I booked a king, but it all worked out. No problem with the staff, very pleasant. Don't know why the mix up”

“have stayed here many times. this time, woke up to cockroaches on the kitchen floor three times. (Not unusual though, it is the desert.) Also, they have been in remodel mode, and the room could have been cleaned better after work was completed. Drywall dust all over in the bathroom. Drywall mud on the wall paper not cleaned off. Just little things. We enjoyed the handicap access for my husband. But after a shower, half of the bathroom floor was wet, big fall hazard. If the shower curtain was……

“Clean room, staff, parking”

“Breakfast was average with a limited number of hot items. Parking was better than some I have stayed at.”

“Recently refurbished, this property is a pretty good value. I'm sure that, because of the great value, the quality of guests is erratic. It seemed there were long-time customers that kind of "took over" the parking lot and there were quite a few people hanging around that seemed out of place. The parking lot nearest my room seemed to be some kind of "hang out" spot for folks doing business out of their cars. Not really good from either a security or comfort standpoint.”

“Everything was great. Though someone really needs to clean up the garbage that is floating around the parking lot. I wish there was something to be done about how loud the other tenants are, in the parking lot, late at night. But, oh well... Otherwise, it was a nice location, great value, and a wonderful view from the window. And the staff were very friendly and helpful. I'd stay here again.”

“Site said double bed and showed pictures of 2 beds, but the room only had 1 bed. First room we got to had a leak as well. They moved us to a new room that smelled very moldy.”

“Good for the price”

“Property was clean from the outside and the inside but the real nightmare was in the room they gave us. They gave us a room where the floors weren’t mopped, had dog poop stains on the floor and smelled like dog piss the entire time we stayed there at room 317. Turns out they did a Mickey mouse cleaning on the room because when I lifted up the bed there was dog pissed underneath the queen mattress. the queen bed had dog hairs so bad that me and my family only used one of the beds cause we……
