“Was in town for an unfortunate situation due to a family member needing an emergency surgery and was a little worried about booking a property with no reviews, but after speaking with the owner, I was put at ease and let me tell you this property is not only in a great location, but also such a beautiful property and the house even provided breakfast, pastries, and snacks as well as drinks so definitely already looking into booking another trip out to Pittsburgh just to stay here! ”

“Were in town one night for a concert at the PPG arena. The place was very nice and comfortable for our stay. It was a 30 minute walk from the arena. ”

“This property was a short walk from family as we came for a funeral. Also near several miles of walking near the university and river area. Convenient with the kitchen for us, and there's a dishwasher. Big one bedroom apartment was relaxing vs a hotel. Communication via text for the access code was seamless. ”

“The apartment we rented had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. There were dirty linens, dirty handprints on doors and light switches, and when we stripped the bed linens prior to checkout there was a blood stain on the pillow. Yuck!”

“The property completely met our needs for its location and value for a family gathering weekend. Helen was great and everything ran smoothly. It was comfortable and nicely updated. A minor issue we reported with an AC unit was addressed timely and appropriately. Great customer service and attentiveness.”
