"What a beautiful, relaxing experience this was! I rented the cabin for Valentine's Day weekend for my girlfriend and I. The weather was just right for the experience we were looking for. This was not far from Bryson City so we took a mini trip there for one of the days. The cabin was extremely nice, the views were great, and the host, Dan, was great! He was always available to reach out to if we needed anything or if we had any questions. We will definitely plan on doing another trip to this cabin one day. It was just what we needed to get away for a bit from regular life and relax."

"We absolutely loved the seclusion and Mountain View’s. It was awesome that the property was pet friendly. Our dog got to join us for Christmas. The house was everything we wanted and more. From the outdoor fireplace to the hot tub, we enjoyed just being at the property. I put a one star for the skiing only because we were not there to ski and it was an unseasonably warm Christmas. But I would imagine getting to the slopes with HWY 74 being very accessible from the property. I wanted to thank Steve, the owner for outstanding communications and support throughout the entire process. We will definitely recommend the property to others. Hopefully we might get back there for some Trout fishing."

"It was the most beautiful home I’ve ever stayed in. The host was the most wonderful lady I’ve ever spoken too and had the pleasure dealing with for a verbo stay. The house accomidationis where everything we needed! The view was absolutely incredible! I’ve never seen something so spectacular. My family and I will definitely be returning for another vacation. Thank you so much for giving my family and I somewhere so incredible that we will talk about for the rest of our lives. "

"Yes, she was quick with response to question. Everything was as listed. Very clean. Be sure and get your instructs to get in before you get within about 30 minutes and there is no cell service to look. "

"Such a hidden gem! Let me start by saying the pictures are great but the cabin turned out to be so much better in person. My family and I booked this stay over Thanksgiving break and it was perfect. This was our first time staying somewhere for Thanksgiving & it’s almost like the host knew there were a few items we had forgotten spices, dishes, etc that were readily available with so much more. The sounds of the creek from the hot tub were so tranquil. We were able to hike Yellow Creek Falls, found a cute local honey shop, and made a quick trip to Blue Ridge for the train ride. Super awesome experience, thank you again for having us! "

"We had an ok stay. The cabin was nice and it was very quiet. I did have some concerns and why I chose three stars. Hopefully, this will help and better the cabin. 1. The oven was very nasty. I don’t believe the cleaning company cleaned the oven at all. There were breads crumbs and food all in the bottom of the oven. 2. No Generator for this cabin. We lost power the fourth night stay. We had no cell service (no WiFi), Heat, Lights, nothing from 8:00 p.m. until 3:00 a.m. I would suggest purchasing a Generac Generator for this cabin. 3. Basement had dead rats around pool table and bunk beds. The main living area and upstairs were ok. 4. There was a strong odor (chemical) in the basement. Maybe rat poison? Not sure but it was very strong. So we couldn’t stay down there to sleep or play pool. 5. Public access ramp in front of cabin across the river. So there were people fishing right in front of your cabin daylight to dark. Guides were bringing customers in to fish right in front of cabin, from bridge to power plant. This would be nice to know before renting the cabin. "
