"What a great stay! The hosts were incredibly kind and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy including picking us up and dropping us back at the train station. The apartment itself is beautiful and has everything you could need to be comfortable. We wish we had added another day to our trip just to stay in the apartment and look out over the vineyards. Hannelore pointed out a good restaurant just up the road for us to have dinner and a bakery for breakfast, both of which were amazing....

"This is the second time we have stayed as my sister lives nearby. Spotlessly clean again and the hosts were there to check us in early. Gunter and Ulrika are so kind to our children, letting them play with toys in their house and garden. Nice touches are added like wine on arrival and snacks and chocolate for the kids. A home from home."

"Great property and great hosts! The house itself was absolutely charming with beautiful tile, woodwork, and windows. Plenty of room and very comfortable for four adults. The hosts Eva and Wolfgang were very friendly and helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. Beautiful animals on the property. Truly one of the best places we’ve ever stayed."

Igno was wonderful upon greeting us, making sure we had everything needed, he was even willing to help us with getting travel for our group of 7 when we were unable to speak the language (he actually stopped eating dinner with his family to assist!!). "The Houseboat Villa Nautica is not for everyone. My wife and I are 70 and enjoy staying in unique accommodations such as the tented camps in Kenya.
