“The place was great and the location terrific. The only issue was the loud truck noise in the middle of the night. It sounded like an old diesel truck was right outside our window from about 3:30 am til about 7 am. Trash trucks going back and forth and possibly the snow groomer machine. It was so loud I couldn't sleep. The layout of the place was great and nice and roomy. ”

“The location is great and centrally located near everything Big Bear has to offer. That said, the property felt under-equipped and poorly maintained. The kitchen item were as cheap as cheap could be and lacked. Several things were broken, such as the toilet seat and blinds. The hot water in the shower was not adequate. Towels, toiletries, were as cheap as kitchen. The bedding, and the bed were not comfortable. This place did not meet the cost. I actually chose to leave before my second night……

“Overall, this was a great space. Some minor things that could be addressed... Towels for the hot tub and possibly mat of the room that grants you access. The fire place is misleading... No wood and they say fake logs provided, but there were none which greatly interferes with the heat output. Some of the dishes were still dirty, which is ok other guests but should be looked at. Otherwise, great location and space. Smaller than images infer, but a good amount of room for a small family.”

Having the cabin as our base for the weekend allowed us the freedom to pursue activities and events that really maximized our enjoyment of our time spent in Big Bear! Thank you to all involved!”
