Great location easy walking distance from the slopes

My wife and I and our two children (9 and 6 years old) stayed two nights and had a great time. The house was clean and perfect for our needs. The walk to Snow Summit Chairs 1 and 2 was approximately 4 or 5 minutes with kids in tow, probably a minute shorter without kids. We will definitely try to stay here again on our next trip to Big Bear.

Can't beat the location.

Went up there to go mountain bike riding with my son and his friend. Was so nice to be right close to the slopes. However the AC unit upstairs might need a little maintenance. Was not blowing cold like you would like. But the downstairs unit worked wonderfully quite chilly down there. But the fact it has AC at all in Big Bear was definitely a huge plus. We will definitely be back.
