Everline Resort is located at 400 Resort Rd, Olympic Valley, CA 96146. Everline Resort is a 5-star ski-in/ski-out resort adjacent to the world famous Palisades Tahoe Ski Resort. Resort Chair is just steps away. Amenities include dining, spa, pool, hot tubs, sports shop, boutique shops, 18-hole golf course (summer), ice rink (winter), on-site laundry facility, free shuttle & ski valet. Resort fees $55/night, parking $35/night. Resort fees are collected with this reservation. Parking fees are collected upon check-in. Valet is available for an additional charge.

***The resort is open from October 26th to November 25th, 2025 but no amenities will be available to guests. The resort fee of $55/night will still appear in the breakdown of charges but room rates have been reduced to offset the resort fees.***

North Tahoe Getaway

The Everline Resort is breathtaking! This was the first time we stayed at the property using VRBO. I would suggest adding more information about the check-in process for those that are not familiar. We weren't sure how to get access to the room and had to reach out to the property owner. She didn't provide much guidance or indicate that there would be an additional parking cost. Also, the room didn't have any kleenex provided, which for the price we paid should be a standard item.

Beautiful Resort

Family wedding with 150 people staying at the resort and we all enjoyed it with all the amenities and ease of use getting around the property. Great staff at the wedding and dinner.

Great location, but expensive for the value

My husband and I came for a summer wedding at Everline and the convenience of staying at the same resort as the wedding was a huge plus. The photos accurately depict the room, but we found it was rather expensive for what we got - there was often no hot water (I took 2 cold showers), there’s a light in the top corner of the bedroom that blinks throughout the night, and there’s a lack of breakfast options without leaving the resort. There’s only one cafe that offers mediocre breakfast options. Parking is also added fees, self park and a far walk from the room (at least 6-7min walk). Beautiful resort with nice pools and hot tubs though! Very responsive owner who offered us early check in, which was super helpful when we had to get to the rehearsal.

Everline resort and spa is a beautiful place to stay while you are visiting the Tahoe,Truckee, and Palisades Tahoe area. Amenities are great and the location is near many things to do in the area. This listing is very good and met all of our needs. It was easy to communicate with the owner and she responded quickly. I would highly recommend this Place. Thank you!
