「Really nice property, nicely decorated, everything you need is there. Close to everything, Medford is easy to get around. We had a neighborhood wide power outage that affected the heater somehow. The owners had a neighbor come right over to check it out. We were able to get an alternate heat source up and running. It just happened to be a rainy, chilly couple of days, but we were cozy!All said, we had a lovely time here.」

「Nice little get away place. Regular coffee pot and electric kettle for hot water for morning. Not much kitchen counter space but it was good for my sister and I. Loved the Hot tub on the deck! It is near the main road into town and a train track so there is a little noise but nothing horribly loud. The only thing missing was a outdoor fire pit ,but the electric fireplace made up for that. Would definitely recommend staying here and look forward to going back. Wish accommodation slept more for...

「The hot tub was awesome, gorgeous of the river. Situated nicely between Medford and Grants pass with a short drive to either. Hosts were communicative and pleasant. All necessities that could be reasonably expected on site. Shower has great water pressure. 」
