Overall Great Place - Just Be Aware
Like my title says, overall great place. Location is convenient and the house is very nice and spacious. The pool was nice and we enjoyed using it. Also enjoyed all of the games in the basement. The instructions were made clear and communication with owner was very easy. The only thing to be aware of is the walk to the dock. It’s a long, downhill walk and coming back up was tough for my parents who are both early 60s. Not huge deal, just something you should be aware of. Great spot overall!

The house felt like home. We had everything we needed and were very comfortable! We cooked every night for our big family dinners and made such wonderful memories with our 86 year old parents!! It was well worth it! 💕

Great place to stay
We booked this house for Spring break to visit the International Disc Golf Center and play disc golf. My kids loved the games in the basement and we played many board games and watch movies! It was great for us! The town of Evan, about 15-20 minutes away has all the stores and eateries you want. Appling was quiet and peaceful.
