Good breakfast but major noise flaws !

The dinner meal was good but the breakfast was outstanding ! There was well cooked bacon and it’s the first time I have this included in a breakfast in France. Wow ! Thanks to the Polish woman who was in charge of the breakfast. But there was a flaw. The noise from the other rooms was extremely loud and this doesn’t make sense in a hotel. I could hear the words the people were saying. That absolutely doesn’t make sense. There should be a solution for that MAJOR problem.

Sengene var gode, men hovedpuderne var klumpede. Morgenmaden var god og udsøgt servering. Savnede en engelsk menu i restauranten. Dejligt at ejeren taler godt engelsk. Meget fin swimming pool.

Fine omgivelser, men firkantet personale.

Fine omgivelser. Fin parkering. Fint pool område, men lågerne var i stykker. Værelset var meget lille, man kunne ikke have plads til 2 kufferter der. Lågerne ved poolen kunne man ikke komme ind af. 2 dage før vi kom til hotellet sendte vi en mail til dem, og spurgte om tidlig tjek ind. Dette blev blankt afvist, på trods af at der var mange ledige værelser. Vi spurgte osse ind til et strygejern, da vi havde skjorter med. Dette sagde de at vi skulle spørge om morgenen efter vi ankom. Men vi skulle bruge det den aften vi ankom, så det hjalp os jo ikke. Meget firkantet personale.

Beau manoir bien situé.

Malgré un petit raté à l’arrivée, la réaction a été très bonne ce qui nous a permis de passer 3 jours agréables dans ce très bel hôtel, idéalement situé pour visiter les environs.

Décevant

séjour entre amis motards dans le luberon. Nous réservons les confiants dans cet hôtel que nous avons fréquenté en 2020 et qui nous avait laissé un bon souvenir. Arrivée vers 11h30 devant cette magnifique bâtisse en pierre de la région,parking sécurisé, terrasse ombragée et piscine à 25 degrés (transat très fatigués), réception et salle de restaurant décorée avec goût. Nous sommes accueillis par une employée avec un accent des pays de l’Est et lui demandons un endroit pour entreposer nos bagages en attendant la réception des chambres : -1er pb : la garde des bagages n’est pas possible pas de local prévu à cet effet , ou alors dans le hall d’accueil à l’accès de tout le monde : il fallait prévenir avant (peut-être pour qu’ils se préparent psychologiquement) … c’est la première fois que vois un hôtel qui n’a pas de local à bagages !! 2e pb: nous demandons où se trouvent les toilettes pour pouvoir changer nos tenues de motards afin de se mettre plus à l’aise durant notre journée : ce n’est pas possible non plus car ils n’ont pas de WC prévu à cet effet:nous nous sommes changés sur le parking devant les clients qui voulaient bien nous voir !! 3è pb : contrairement à ce qui était annoncé sur le site de réservation, la réception est fermée de 12h30 à 15h ( c’est leur droit) et pas de codes parking car nous sommes clients qu’à partir de 15h : le 3e motard bloqué sur la route et n’a pas pu se changer Belles chambres pas de pression douche et eau tiède ou brûlante au lavabo

Tres bons repas et personnel adorable !

En voyage d'affaire, tres belle batisse décorée avec soin, piscine tres agréable. Le repas et le le petit déjeuner furent tres tres biens. Et surtout le personnel est absolument chamant ! Quand je descends dans un établissement comme celui ci je sais pourquoi je ne vais pas dans les chaines d'hotels neutres et sans âme. Je reviendrai à ma prochaine tournée dans le secteur !

Belle bâtisse à l'extérieur mais les chambres sont correctes. Une climatisation bruyante et un manque d'isolation sans parler du réveil au levé du soleil car les rideaux ne sont pas occultant. Week-end pas très reposant. Nous avons appris à notre arrivée que le restaurant était fermé pendant la durée de notre séjour. Je note cependant un point positif pour le petit déjeuner qui était très varié. Bon accueil de la part d'Isabella.

Une climatisation est faite pour être réglée selon convenance...il ne faut selon leur dire ne pas la toucher au risque qu'elle ne fonctionne plus. Allez comprendre. Ça caille...
