Positiv: die Lage, die Aussicht, das Haus selbst, Rezeption, beheizter Pool, geräumige Zimmer und Badezimmer, ruhige Lage Negativ: nicht wirklich sauber, für diesen Preis erwartet man, dass es perfekt ist. Immerhin zahlen Sie 360 € für die Reinigung. Achtung: Stromkosten sind nicht zu unterschätzen!! Wir waren mit unserer Familie (7 Erwachsene + 5 Kinder) in dieser Villa. Die separaten Nebengebäude sind wirklich ideal. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub, wirklich toll!

Dans notre contrat, il est écrit Gaz et fioul inclus pour le chauffage, or tous les radiateurs sont électriques. Il y a donc tromperie. Pour quinze personnes nous avons du nous contenter de deux canapés de trois places et des 9 chaises à table, le reste a été pris sur le mobilier d'été (chaises pliantes). Internet n'a pas fonctionné jusqu'au jeudi soit 6 jours sur 7 et nous avons été bloqué une matinée par le technicien d'Orange. (Nous avons du nous déplacer à la maison voisine pour avoir une connexion. Le Lave vaisselle était dans un état de saleté repoussante, idem pour le lave linge que nous avons renoncé à utiliser. Cette maison est réservée à la location pour des flamands selon ce qui nous a été dit donc tout était écrit en flamand et nous n'avons pas pu utiliser les télévisions. Pour finir certains de notre famille sont restés 6 jours d'autres 3 soit en tout 66 nuitées, nous avons donc du payer pour tout le séjour et pour tous ce qui n'est pas normal.
