We stayed with a family with 2 small children. There is a fence completely surrounding the pool, so the children can't enter the swimming pool unsupervised. It was wonderfull to stay in this place. Very comfortable beds, large outdoor & indoor kitchen. Lots of bathrooms to accommodate a large group. The swimming pool is fantastic, water temperature was ideal! (28 degrees). At night it is lit up and that was very cozy. In the basement, there is a large jacuzzi where you can also workout. It was very clean overall. It was much larger and spacious than the pictures. The check-in was very pleasant and we were treated with a meal by the owners. The view from the terrace is amazing, you can see Roussillon when you are dining in the outdoor kitchen. Location was also perfect. It is located close to Apt but it is very quiet environment with lots of privacy. Supermarkets are within 5 min drive. Overall it was a perfect stay. 10/10 on all levels.

Maison agréable mais escroquerie du propriétaire sur la caution

Maison assez agréable sur les hauteurs de Apt. Attention, une chambre au rez de chausssé n'est pas climatisée et, d'un point de vue général, les chambres sont d'une qualité TRES inégales : 2 suites parentales sont franchement parfaites mais les 2 chambres au rez de chaussé sont dignes d'un hôtel bas de gamme (particulièrement celle sans la climatisation). Par ailleurs, il nous a été impossible d'échanger sur la terrasse après 23h, le voisin nous a menacé avec son fusil. Donc toute musique est à bannir malgré l'isolement promis de la maison. Pour finir, nous sommes en conflit avec la propriétaire qui a retenu 1000 euros sur la caution en se justifiant comme suit : "Un canapé tâché par du linge humide, impossible de récupérer, un fauteuil de jardin cassé, tapis de bain et serviettes de toilettes tâchés, et des casseroles complètement brûlées dans le fond. Il est évident que c'est un montant forfaitaire au vu des dégâts et de l'hygiène déplorable dont à fait preuve votre groupe." Ces reproches sont infondés mais le montant forfaitaire retenu remplit toutes les conditions de l'escroquerie et un procès sera fait à cette propriétaire qui n'a jamais voulu accepter de nous donner les factures justifiant de cette retenue, ni de revenir à un montant plus cohérent avec la réalité (nous avons payé le ménage) Faites un état des lieux d'entrée avec cette propriétaire qui ne comprend manifestement pas qu'il s'agit de la seule possibilité de justifier de prétendues dégradation.

Un séjour plus qu’agréable

Une merveilleuse villa pour séjourner agréablement et profiter d’un environnement calme et charmant. Tout ce dont on a besoin y est, et l’accueil est tout autant plaisant et disponible en cas besoin. Idéal pour se retrouver en famille ou entre amis. Tout était parfait, on voudrait y rester! Nous recommandons ce lieu!!

Maison très agréable, spacieuse, sécurisée pour les enfants. Vue dégagée pour voir le coucher du soleil, une belle terrasse pour nous réunir. De belles prestations sont réunies pour nous sentir bien dans cette maison. Nous aurions seulement aimé ne pas être obligé de chercher comment avoir de l’eau chaude, à appeler pour savoir pourquoi la piscine est pas chauffée alors qu’elle devrait l’être, machine à glaçons HS, nous étions obligé à notre arrivée de chercher tous les compteurs pour faire fonctionner le sauna, lumière extérieur, chauffe eau etc… par contre j’insiste sur le fait que cette maison a une localisation parfaite et au calme absolu.

Zeer ruim, comfortabel en schoon. Alles wat je nodig zou kunnen hebben is aanwezig.

Heel mooie tijd gehad en overweeg zeker terug te komen. Enkele tips om het nog comfortabeler te maken: handleiding hoe TV/muziek installatie te gebruiken zou handig zijn.
