The manager went above and beyond given my circumstance, supplying me with much needed food, countless coffees and a shoulder to cry on. “Lovely staff. Good buffet breakfast. Clean. Safe didn’t work but will get looked at. Staff not on 24hours. Very central location, easy to get everywhere but loud at night. Shame only hand wash, no shampoo. No milks in fridge, no glasses but if you asked all help given”

“I had a phenomenal 4 night stay at Set Blaus Boutique Hotel. The location in the heart of Ciutadella is perfect. Numerous restaurants, cafes, shopping, the beautiful port are all within walking distance. The room was equipped with a fridge and a safe. Cleanliness was superb. The staff were helpful and friendly. Tessa was truly a blessing during my stay. She went above and beyond to assist me in finding a rental car company that had automatic cars available and assisted also with a parking……
