There are two bathrooms (one on each floor), with separate toilets on the ground floor and a bathroom with integrated WC upstairs.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hobs, an oven, a refrigerator, a microwave, and a dishwasher. The living area features a wood-burning stove and a flat-screen TV. A washing machine is also provided. Heating and hot water are individually powered by electric systems. A covered parking space is included.
