Bad service and accommodation for the price! For a new hotel the room is extremely badly designed. No socket for the kettle, constant buzzing sound from the electric box and poor drainage in the shower leading to a bad smell. Cleaning is also bad. Used toothpick found in the sink area and left there ...

Cuando vamos a Vitoria nos solemos alojar ahí, habitación tipo apartamento muy espaciosas, modenas y cómodas. Alrededor es una zona residencial, y si quieres comer o cenar tienes que coger el coche. Pero en 10 minutos estas en el centro.
