「Huge disappointment on the quality of amenities: bad wifi, broken phone & outlets among other things, old smell. Terrible service when we arrived. Our room was not ready at 5pm & the staff was not even apologetic after saying the wait would be at the very minimum 30 minutes if not more! I asked to be offered drinks while we waited since it didn’t even occur to them to offer anything.
