"Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Hype If you're looking to test your immunity against mosquito-borne illnesses like Dengue and Malaria, this place might just do the trick. The resort is infested with mosquitoes, making the entire stay uncomfortable and unsafe, especially for families with kids or elderly members. "Hot days 100+F, AC was marginal, stop working number of times. They had to bring us the table fan to put in the room after paying ~5000 INR per day for AC room. There was a wedding in premises, staff was fully occupied with that no attention to Other guests. We had to call front desk 15 Minutes in advance to start the hot water heater every time before taking a shower. The fridge didn’t cool anything not even water bottles. The entire hotel had mosquito repellent spell in the hallways and no AC in lobby. The elevator was joke, too small and too hot for such sunny days. Overall not a single thing that was good! Had to Request same thing multiple times with the staff, no attention to details. When we complained about all of this, hire just keep saying sorry with no correction. "
