“Good”

“We stayed in 6 different hotels during our trip in Sri Lanka and this one is by far the best one. Luxury feel with amazing view, spacious rooms and balcony, great service and breakfast. My favorite part is the pool, big with an amazing view of the field and farm. Note that it's almost 1km from the main road so you probably won't go out much. It also means it's secluded, quiet and secluded.”

“Établissement tres soigné. Et tres bien reçu. Une piscine entretenue. Agréable comme étape pour visiter les sites à Dambulla et Sigiriya. Tres bon petit déjeuner Je conseille cet établissement”

“This place is amazing. Architecture, integration with the forest, food and service are all unforgettable!”

“Not the cheapest hotel but value for money. Recommended! Same as the picture shown on the offical page. Pros: New. Very clean rooms and very spacious. Toilet with both shower and bath tub. Sufficient sockets. Super friendly staff. Quiet place for sleep facing the greenery with bird singing in the morning. With balcony. Air-con worked very well. Breakfast in big portion, tasty and could try Sri Lankan style (fish curry, roti, potato curry, spicy coconut flakes) Cons: Shower water temperature a……

“Wonderfull 🙏🌈”

“When I arrived at the property, despite me canceling my previous reservation, they were confused as they saw two reservations, and even after me showing that I had canceled it, they still gave me a hard time. They should have better communication with the booking agency so that this does not happen to someone else in future. The room was OK but nothing spectacular. Definitely not a five star hotel by any means .”

“This property is so serene and peaceful, surrounded by lush greenery. You can see plenty of wild life from peacocks, iguanas to gecko’s, which we got to experience first hand. We were told that sometimes elephants venture and drink from the river further away from the property that can be seen from the rooms, we were unlucky not to see them The staff were all really friendly, kind and accommodating. Lovely, clean swimming pool. We came as a family of 5 to climb Sigiriya and en route to the East……

“Ho dovuto cambiare camera con un amico uomo perché l hotel era privo di ospiti ed una donna sola non poteva certo soggiornare. Hotel non finito.cantiere in funzione. Non lo consiglio”

“Location - I am a regular guest at this property. It’s a bit of a heaven , utterly relaxing, surrounded by nature. The quality of my sleep always improves when staying at the property. The hosts, Supipi and Uthpala are super hosts. The meals are mostly made by Supipi herself and of course delicious. This time stayed for 6 days, could have easily stayed longer. Will definitely return.”

“We enjoyed the stay, the facilities were great, we had a very good evening meal and the staff where excellent. Roger”

“冷氣聲音比較大。住帳棚房內所以隔音比較不好。早餐不錯。”

“Beautiful setting. I was a bit confused about advertised lake who is actually not on the property and holds little for guests. Pool area was wonderful very quiet with trees and birds. Heinz was most helpful in sugges outings and arranging driver. A few niggles: Breakfasts like all in Sri Lanka could use some tweaking with toast presented first to go cold and items not offered but available such as tomatoes or bacon: readily provided when requested. Spider life is rampant so staff could pay more……

“Wonderful hotel with spacious rooms and bathrooms, ours also had a balcony. The staff are very friendly, polite and helpful. The food is delicious and freshly prepared, there are Sri Lankan and Western options, all very tasty. The pool is delightful, the views from the cafe are great.”

“Stree free experience filled with wonderful food, relaxation, and beauty. Every detail of our activities, shopping, and travel was thoughtfully arranged by our hostess, Jennifer, with more care than I would ever take for myself. She took the time to understand our food preferences and prepared delicious breakfasts and dinners using fresh, local produce from the estate. We felt completely pampered and exceptionally well cared for throughout our stay”

“A great place to stay while traveling to Dambulla for the Sigirya hikes or cave temples. The staff is extremely nice and accommodating. I highly recommend getting a massage at the spa. This was one of our favorite massage experience as the staff is very experienced and caring in their session.”
