We paid extra for the pool which has obviously been closed for a while. We also picked a hotel that offered breakfast which we couldn’t risk eating. Man at the front desk could care less and told us if we had any problems with the pool closed to call Expedia. This hotel should not be offered on Expedia.」

「Property on had 1 Handicap room ..booked reservation over a month ago. given a std room that bathroom couldnt be used by handicapped spouse =>with walker. walker wouldn't fit in bathroom door. UNSAT...was told handicap room room was already booked.. stayed there 4 nights. after 2 nights Handicap room became available. Bed was a full *for 2 people and bathroom toilet was right up against the wall leaving an awkward way to try to use bathroom..again especially with a walker. UNSAT Very...
