"The property was exactly as described if not better. It was clean,tidy and very welcoming without being over the top. The Riad is ample for 2 families of 4 but we were just a family of 3 so had plenty of room. Positioning of the house is in a quiet area which led to a very peaceful and relaxing holiday. "We didn't stay here because the owner was horrendous on the phone, the address doesn't actually exist, the phone number is wrong, and she refused to tell us where the "Riad" was- may be far outside Tiznit. She also said that she doesn't do Expedia! Sometimes this happens in Morocco, but this was a first to go completely sideways. "
