「We have stayed at this property twice now and have enjoyed it every time. We opted not to get sheets or towels changed during our stay but staff still came and replenished coffee pods and water in the room, which we appreciated.」

「This property was fantastic. The communication we received before, during and after our stay was great. So much thought went into everything, complementary drinks when we arrived, and thank you gift on leaving. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean and had everything you could need. We are a family of 6 (4 children) and they have already asked if we can stay at Bensimon if we ever visit Berlin again! Can’t recommend it highly enough, thank you!」

「Prima」

「It was an excellent stay. Recommend!」

「👍👍👍」

「Clean and quiet, travelled with a baby and they had a crib all set up for us. So kind! The breakfast was beyond what we expected- staff on site to cook eggs in the morning and freshly baked variety of bread. Walkable to cafe, food, park, transportation! So happy we stayed here」

「If you check in late, that would be a concern for you as the reception is not 24/7 service. You need to call the hotel emergency hotline to retrieve the key at mailbox.」
