“I had a wonderful stay at Kempinski, and this being my third visit this year says it all.
Irene at the front desk was welcoming and efficient, Frantz, Alvin, and Moses from guest support were consistently attentive, and Ruth at the Balcony Bar delivered excellent service.
The strong leadership of GM Hakiki is clearly reflected in the team. Exceptional service throughout — I’ll definitely be back.”

“The property is conveniently located, close to stores and restaurants. ATM is close by. The check in was quick and friendly. The safety is good as there are codes to access the rooms area. The inside they are spacious with all the amenities you would expect as a world traveler. There is possible any of room service to which is very nice. The food is good and local, which is great. The staff is very friendly and very accommodating.”
