Preis-Leistung nicht gerechtfertigt

Das Haus an sich ist wunderschön, groß und liegt in einer tollen Lage. Allerdings ist die Einrichtung teilweise ziemlich heruntergekommen unordentlich und schmuddelig. Die Idee einer großen Gefriertruhe in der Küche ist super, leider war diese aber verschimmelt und modrig. Den Kühlschrank haben wir erstmal gereinigt, damit man ihn benutzen konnte. Die Mikrowelle ist kaputt und das Kochgeschirr ist teilweise nicht brauchbar. Man muss auch in Kauf nehmen, dass die Kanalisation nicht mehr die beste ist. Wenn man die Toilettenspülung betätigt sprudelt es aus dem Abfluss der Dusche. Es ist sehr sehr schade das man sich nicht darum kümmert das Haus samt Einrichtung zu pflegen. Das Grundstück ist sehr groß aber auch nicht einladend zum verweilen. Überall in den Sträuchern findet man Müll von den Vorgängern. Für den Preis den man bezahlt erwartet man sich einfach mehr. Trotzdem haben wir den Urlaub sehr genossen, weil man einfach Ruhe hat und die Umgebung ist herrlich. Super Sandstrand, schöne Bucht direkt vor dem Haus und eine tolle Pizzeria im Ort.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Unser Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus war herausragend. Das Haus selbst ist äußerst charmant und bietet jeden erdenklichen Komfort. Selbst nach drei Wochen in dem malerischen Ort Torre dei Corsari fühlten wir uns stets unterhalten und keineswegs gelangweilt. Ein wahrhaft perfektes Urlaubserlebnis! Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: Eine Spülmaschine und ein Trockner wären das i-Tüpfelchen.

Mooie villa op prima locatie

Goed bed, fijne airco, keurige badkamer en een fijn terras. De inrichting van het huis was wel wat gedateerd, met name de keuken. Erg klein, heel veel pannen, maar geen ketel voor op het fornuis. Ook jammer dat er zoveel muggen waren.

Ottima sistemazione

La villa è spaziosa, molto ben attrezzata e con una bella terrazza esterna dove rilassarsi e mangiare. Marta mette a disposizione degli ospiti tutto il necessario e anche di più. Unica nota negativa è che l'unico condizionatore fatica a rinfrescare, ma essendo la zona molto tranquilla si dorme bene anche con le finestre aperte. La baietta sotto casa è rocciose ma, se si vuole raggiungere lo spiaggione senza usare l'auto, c'è un bus navetta che ferma proprio davanti a casa. Noi siamo stati molto bene e consiglio questa sistemazione per chi desidera un soggiorno rilassante e tranquillo godendosi il mare.

Wonderful location, property needs maintainance

Location is as good as it can get, with wonderful sea views, close to small cove and local shops. Very helpful property manager. Stay was comfortable, but the property is in need of being updated, especially appliances, fixtures and outside grounds.

Super Urlaub- Super Haus

Wir waren zum 3. Mal in Torre dei Corsari in der Villa Caletta und es war wie heimkommen! Das Haus hat eine wundervolle Lage mit Blick aufs Meer. Jeden Abend "fällt" die Sonne direkt vor der Terrasse ins Meer! Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden, ob in der Küche (schöne Teller, genügend Gläser....) oder im Rest des Hauses. Wir haben die 3 Wochen in vollen Zügen genossen! Die Kommunikation mit Marta ist unkompliziert und die Verabschiedung durch Frau Boi sen. ist sehr herzlich!

Charaktervolle Villa mit einer tollen Aussicht auf das Meer

Die Villa ist liebevoll mit Möbeln aus dem 19 Jh. und passenden Bildern der französischen Impressionisten eingerichtet und bietet eine tolle Aussicht von der Terrasse. 5 Min Autofahrt entfernt sind sowohl malerische Felsbuchten als auch weite gut eingerichtete Sandstrände zu finden. Die Hausherren sind sehr zuvorkommend und haben uns mit allen wertvollen Infos zu der Umgebung ausgestattet. Lediglich in Punkto Küchenaustattung (v.a, Kochgeschirr) hätten wir etwas mehr erwartet.

Lage, Aussicht, Ambiente: Schön, Schöner, am Schönsten

Wir haben hier alles gefunden, was wir für unseren Familienurlaub gesucht haben. Ein wunderschönes, sehr sauberes Haus, Meerblick mit tollen Sonnenuntergängen und fußläufig erreichbaren Stränden. Die Villa ist sehr ruhig gelegen, im Dorf ist immer etwas los (abends). Dienstag ist Markttag für Gemüse und Obst ( und getrocknete Tomaten). Vielen Dank, Marta, für das Haus und die unkomplizierte Kommunikation, wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

Super Ferienvilla und ein wunderbarer "Herbst"

Wir haben Ende Oktober die Herbstferien in Torre de Corsari verbracht und waren rundum zufrieden. Die Villa ist pikobello sauber, ordentlich groß (waren nur zu dritt) und überdurchschnittlich ausgestattet (es gibt sogar eine Gefriertruhe, einen Backofen und eine Waschmaschine). Wir hatten tolles Wetter, es war sonnig und warm, aber nicht heiß. Für die etwas kühleren Nächte gab es genügend Decken, aber theoretisch standen auch Heizer zur Verfügung. Das tollste war für uns die große, fast umlaufende und teilweise windgeschützte Terrasse, auf der man Essen oder Chillen konnte. Strände waren mit den Wagen schnell erreichbar, wunderbar leer und das Wasser war sauber und noch gut warm. Einziger Wermutstropfen in der Nachsaison: Alle Restaurants und Läden im Ort waren schon geschlossen, so dass man immer mit dem Auto los musste. Fazit: Tolle Unterkunft zu gutem Preis. Tolle Gegend etwas abseits vom Touristen-Rummel. Vorbehaltlos weiterzuempfehlen.

Ruhiges, gemütliches Haus am Meer

Wir - 2 Erwachsene und 2 große Kinder - haben zwei sehr erholsame Wochen in den Hügeln der sardischen Westküste verbracht. Im Haus selbst haben wir vornehmlich die Nächte verbracht - tagsüber und abends haben wir die Terrasse bevölkert. Bei Teilen der überdachten Terrasse konnten wir - bei starken Winden - die Fenster schließen, so dass wir "drinnen draußen" saßen. Die Umgebung ist sehr abwechslungsreich - außer großen Städten hat Sardinien alles zu bieten, was man sich wünschen kann: wir haben jeden Tag wenigstens eine Stunde am nahen Strand verbracht - klares Wasser, Wellen und schönster Sandstrand können auch Strandmuffel überzeugen. Und nach dem Baden kann man das Salzwasser unter der Außendusche abspülen. Nicht weniger interessant sind die Zeugnisse früherer Kulturen: Römer, Punier / Karthager und Nuragher haben viele Ruinen hinterlassen, oftmals über mehrere Jahrhunderte von unterschiedlichen Kulturen bewohnt. An einigen Abenden waren wir in der nahen Pizzeria essen - die Abrundung eines perfekten Urlaubstages! Wer noch nicht im Süden auf einer Insel war: ja, es ist bergig! Ja, die Straßen sind kurvig. Und man braucht schon ein Auto, um unabhängig die unterschiedlichen Gegenden der Insel zu erkunden. Zusammenfassend können wir sagen: das Haus ist für uns die perfekte Basis für einen erholsamen Urlaub auf Sardinien gewesen. Insgesamt können wir sagen, dass es ein sehr runder, erholsamer Urlaub war.
