The second suite, intended for children, includes a separate toilet (sanibroyeur), a shower room, a bedroom facing south and east offering three beds (a single bed of 90 and a trundle bed of two times 90), as well as a cupboard/wardrobe. On the landing, a locked cupboard houses a washing machine for your personal use. This charming apartment, pleasantly furnished and endowed with many charms, offers picturesque views from all its windows, overlooking the winter city, its greenery as well as its emblematic villas. Its geographical location is ideal: the beach is only 950 meters away, a supermarket 700 meters and a bakery 550 meters. Parking on the street is free.
