Arcachon town center, just steps from the beach, shops, train station, and bike paths;

On the ground floor of a small condominium, this lovely two-bedroom apartment comprises an entrance hall (with storage), a large living room with dining area, a fully equipped semi-open kitchen, a separate WC, a bathroom with washing machine, a 15m² bedroom opening onto a private terrace (with awning) (two 90x190cm beds, one of which is a pull-out bed/storage), a master bedroom (160x200cm bed/storage/TV), and a shower room with WC.

The apartment features reversible air conditioning in the living room and offers all the comforts needed for a wonderful holiday on the Arcachon Bay. Ideal for a couple with two or three children.

Linens are not provided but can be rented through the agency: 1 set (160cm sheets + towels) = €42 / 1 set (90cm sheets + towels) = €32.

Optional cleaning fee: €80

During the winter season (mid-October to mid-March), heating costs will be charged in addition to the rent at a flat rate of €15 per day.

fantastischer Sommerurlaub

Wir haben 2 herrliche Wochen in der top ausgestatteten Wohnung verbracht. Alles da was man braucht und darüber hinaus (Rolltrolley zum Einkaufen gehen ohne Auto). Die super zentrale Lage (5min zum Bahnhof, 5min zum Strand) hat perfekt für uns gepasst da wir ohne Auto angereist sind. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und wurden von der Agentur bei Nachfragen sehr gut unterstützt. Wir kommen sicher mal wieder nach Arcachon.
