Die Lage war toll, obwohl ein bisschen entfernt vom Zentrum, aber dafür einige tolle Restaurants, Lebensmittelgeschäfte und Boulangeries gleich in der Nähe. Und die Garage war absolut ein großes Plus! 🙁 Alles hat uns sehr gut gefallen."

Coté port "🙂 Ruhiges Appartement, sehr gut ausgestattet, toller Herd, Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler. Es gab Waschmitteltabs, Geschirrtabs, Seife, Wäscheständer, viel Geschirr, guter Fernseher. Sehr praktisch und alles hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Unser Empfang war sehr nett, wurden sogar vom Bahnhof abgeholt. 🙁 Die Matratze vom Bett war hart und nicht so gut gepolstert. Einige Mücken, aber das ist die Umgebung, da kann man nichts machen."

Coté port "Bien et pratique pour un court séjour 🙂 L’appartement est très bien agencé, il y a tout ce qu’il faut à disposition Nous sommes à proximité de tous les commerces d’arcachon, à 15 min de la Dune du pilat 🙁 L’accueil était cordial mais un peu rapide. Bémol également sur le fait que nous avons été envahis de fourmis à peine arrivés dans l’appartement (probablement un nid sous une plinthe près de la porte d’entrée). Le portail pour entrer dans l’espace garage ne fonctionnait pas."

Coté port "très bon accueil par Martine, le logement était très agréable et suffisamment lumineux et très bien décoré nous avons pu mettre nos vélos et la voiture à l'abri dans un garage fermé. La résidence est très calme et sécurisée. pour les visites autour d'Arcachon c 'est très pratique en vélo au vue d'un grand nombre de pistes cyclables ce qui est très appréciable."

Coté port "Très bel appartement tout confort 🙂 Emplacement très pratique au rdc, portails sécurisés. Un appartement très bien decoré, joli et cosy. Un aménagement parfait avec de beaux espaces. Literie très confortable, salle de bain spacieuse, wc séparés, salon et cuisine ouverte très pratiques. Un très bon accueil et des attentions qui facilitent la vie à l'arrivée : café, thé, huile, etc., bouteille d'eau au réfrigérateur, etc. Le souci sur le volet roulant a été vite réglé par un technicien. 🙁 Les manœuvres dans le parking sous-terrain, qui est assez etroit, demandent de la dextérité ! Si c'est trop compliqué, il est possible de se garer facilement dans la rue."
