The flat is on the 9th floor with lift in a residence with a swimming pool for the residents staying there (shared pool). The flat is sunny and has the following facilities: a bedroom with a double bed and a chest of drawers and wardrobe. A fully equipped kitchen: Dolce Gusto, kettle, microwave oven, washing machine and tumble dryer, fridge with freezer, 2 induction hobs, toaster, extractor hood etc...
In the living room, a comfortable 2-seater sofa is available with a large TV (new generation), internet connection etc..

The reception will be autonomous but it is possible to plan a physical reception if you wish. Face-to-face reception will be between 5pm and 8pm maximum.

The Aiguillon d'Arcachon beach is the easternmost beach of the seaside resort (towards La Teste de Buch). This sandy beach extends for 400 metres to the right of the port and up to the Pointe de l'Aiguillon. It is one of the least frequented beaches in the Arcachon basin and is mostly known by the regulars (and the inhabitants of the Aiguillon district).
The main and most frequented area is located near the Arcachon marina (right side). At the level of the point, some old fishermen's huts bring a picturesque note in this modern part of Arcachon (no beautiful villas on the sea front, only recent buildings).
From Arcachon station, you have the line 7 stop les palmiers which is at the bottom of the residence
The reception is autonomous by default. However, if you would like us to meet you in person, please let us know in advance. This option will be billed extra.
We accept pets and the accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
