Arcachon: Residence "Le Grillon". Excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 300 m from the sea, 300 m from the beach. For shared use: terrace (13 m2). In the complex: storage room for bicycles. Shop, grocery, supermarket 140 m, shopping centre 3.6 km, restaurant, bar, bakery, café 140 m, bus stop "Cours Tartas 2" 140 m, railway station "Arcachon" 600 m, sandy beach "Thiers" 500 m, park "Mauresque" 400 m, thermal baths "Thalazur" 2.3 km. Sports harbour 3.5 km, golf course (18 hole) 3.2 km. Nearby attractions: Dune du Pyla 8.8 km, Eratopia 8.9 km, Navette Maritime pour le Cap Ferret 600 m, Marché Municipal 290 m, Observatoire Sainte Cécile 450 m, Casino 800 m. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac de la Magdeleine 10.2 km, Lac de Cazaux 16.3 km. Please note: no lift. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Arcachon.

Accès wifi impossible la seconde semaine du séjour, insuffisant la première semaine, accès à la mezzanine très pentu et marches étroites, odeur de tabac froid récurrente, manque de lumière car peu de fenêtres. Grosse déception à l'arrivée. En revanche localisation idéale proche des moyens de transports et des commerces. Très propre.
