L intérieur était propre mais l extérieur était rempli de sable sur canapé, fauteuils, chaises, sol.J ai dû faire le ménage..Le studio est très fonctionnel, bien pensé, de bon goût et l emplacement agréable si on exclut le bruit des travaux à deux pas.Le drap de dessous du lit a fait son temps et devrait être changé sans attente...!!Il y a un bruit récurrent difficile à définir ( craquements très forts par moment ( réfrigérateur ou voisins d en dessus !?)L immeuble est bien entretenu et tout est fonctionnel..
