Le plus est la localisation face à la mer. Les moins sont la vétusté des installations, la gestion locative réduite à son minimum (par exemple il nous a fallu fournir les sacs poubelles et le papier toilettes).

Rapport Qualité/Prix très moyen

Le seul vrai atout de cette location est sa localisation face à la mer. Le problème est que le propriétaire (et par conséquent l'agence) en profitent et ne font que très peu d'efforts, vu que leur clientèle est quasi captive. Le niveau de communication avec l'agence est très peu professionnel. L'appartement en lui-même est peu confortable et pas très engageant quant à l'aspect de son hygiène. Nous avons du acheter du papier toilette et des sacs poubelles. Je déconseille cette location.
