ARCACHON, ALLEE DES TILLEULS: NEAR MOULLEAU AND ARBOUSSIERS BEACH
Just a stone's throw from Moulleau and Arbousiers Beach, this Arcachon-style family home consists of a main villa, an outbuilding, and a spacious terrace, all on a 2,000 m² plot. The garden opens onto a pine forest that leads directly to the beach.
The main villa comprises a hallway on the ground floor leading to a separate, fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, Nespresso machine) with a dining area and access to the garden. There is also a separate toilet, a living/dining room with TV, sofas, armchairs, and a chaise longue, as well as a south-facing wooden terrace (250 m²). Upstairs, the villa features a bedroom with two beds (90 x 200 cm) and an en-suite shower room, a bedroom with a bed (180 x 200 cm) and an en-suite shower room, and another bedroom with two beds (90 x 200 cm and 80 x 190 cm). There is also a bathroom with a toilet. The cellar is equipped with a dryer and a washing machine, as well as storage space (bicycles, beach items, etc.).
The single-story outbuilding offers a spacious living room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, five bedrooms, three bathrooms, four toilets, a dining area, sofas, and armchairs. The bedrooms include: one bedroom with a single bed (140 x 190 cm), one bedroom with a single bed (160 x 200 cm) and an en-suite shower room, one bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm), one bedroom with two single beds (90 x 190 cm) and an en-suite bathroom/WC, and one bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm) with a separate shower room/bathroom/WC. Please note that the rooms in the outbuilding do not have shutters!
This property offers parking for up to three cars, an enclosed garden, and quick and secure access to Arbousiers Beach. Internet access is included. Pets are not allowed, and linens are not provided (sheets and towels can be rented through the agency: approximately €380). Cancellation insurance is included (optional), and a final cleaning service is available at an additional cost. Furnished tourist accommodation classified 4 **** by Gironde Tourisme in May 2025.

Séjour affreux, maison non entretenue, dépendance hors d’âge.

La maison est non entretenue depuis des années, et mal gérée. 1 table de 8 à l’extérieur, avec 7 chaises moisies pour 16 personnes. Hotte HS, lave vaisselle HS, vidéo projecteur HS... 5 chambres de trouvent dans la « dépendance », avec des tissus pour les fenêtres que vous devrez scotcher, des fenêtres qui ne s’ouvrent pas, mais un trou dans le mur est là pour l’aération. Un vieux mobil home est plus agréable !
